Description:

The town of Garda gave its name to the lake it borders on. It is derived from the castle Rocca di Garda, which sits on a rocky plateau above the water. Findings of pile dwellings in the lake date the first human settlements back as far as the Stone Age. Today, Garda is a lively tourist spot with a beautiful historic centre, and an attractive seafront promenade seamed with numerous cafes. To take a stroll here to enjoy the mediterranean flair means putting the daily grind behind oneself, making for a pleasant day.

As a classic destination Lake Garda is easily in range for a quick weekend trip, always a stylish choice. Majestic mountain ranges to the north, endless, rolling plains to the south: Lago di Garda scores big with diversity and mediterranean athmosphere.

Travelling to Lake Garda is recommendable year-round: Great summers welcome water lovers, mild temperatures call for hiking and sightseeing during fall and winter.

Holiday on a magificient estate – premises spanning 3.000 m² with a villa housing more than 200 m² of living space: Here, we’ve created a dream domicile for you, including a heated 15 x 4m swimming pool.

The villa is located 4,5km above the town of Garda, with vast premises studded with large olivce trees. Within the estate there’s space for three vehicles behind the electric gate.

After an extensive renovation, this holiday getaway spot provides a great amount of comfort: An air conditioning system for the summer months, floor heating in the bathrooms for the cooler seasons, the lounge inviting you with a fireplace and surrounding upholstery. The large living room/kitchen is excellently outfitted with a cooking island, two refrigerators with fridges, a gas stove, a baking stove, a dishwasher and much more. There are three big bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two of which feature outdoor showers. There’s a supplementary bedroom with bunk beds and a balcony. In front of the living-/dining area a spacious 60 m² terrace grants a fantastic view into the surrounding nature, granting access to the pool as well as more than enough space for sunbathing.

Further highlights are the 3 x 3m giant chess board and a ping-pong table, inviting you for a play.

Privacy

When we ask our guests about a particular highlight of Villa Lagolino, we always hear one returning word: privacy.

What they mean is the absolutely quiet situation, shaded by opaque greening with a natural tree population, numerous safe havens for reading, hideaways for the sweet art of „dolce fare niente“ (idling), for taking walks under olive trees, for uninhibited sunbathing, outdoor showers and undisturbed fun in the exceptionally large pool. Lagolino is a dream spot to nourish the body and relax the mind.

Wether you spend the day sporty with a long hike, go golfing on one oft he neighboring greens or go on a culinary expedition to a wineyard or one of the nearby ristorante, trattorie or osterie, Lagolino is always welcoming your return in the evening, offering wonderful little corners to let the impressions of a long day reverb!
